Spacious, sunlit, and simply styled - this is the Rook & Rose Loft.
Located just two blocks from the Rook & Rose Shop, our photo studio features a private walk-up, high speed wi-fi, two fully-furnished bedrooms, full kitchen and full bath.
The decor is purposefully minimal, enhancing the apartment's original architecture- high ceilings, large windows, and century-old hardwood floors.

- Bookings are available between 7am–11pm
- Overnight bookings are not available
- Event capacity is 20 people
- We aren’t able to accommodate pets, with the exception of service dogs
- Access to the Loft is via private staircase, no elevator is available
- The Loft is a pop up project, booking only one month in advance at a time
- The address to the Loft is only provided upon booking
